Delivering on our promises of stunning results starts with ongoing support and training for our Care Team.
Raising the bar to produce deep cleaning surface care specialists
Corporate Care University™ (CCU) is our training facility located at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. After a technician passes a 90-day field probation period and basic training in our local markets, they are sent to Corporate Care University™ to attend a series of intensive hands-on training programs. At CCU™, these technicians will encounter every type of flooring, fabric, and architectural finish they would serve at our client's facilities. By learning to maintain and restore these finishes in a controlled training environment, technicians are well equipped to deliver the highest quality results at your facility.
Our technicians learn the nuances of each surface type, what it needs, and what it doesn't to keep it looking fabulous for as long as possible. They know how to remove common spots and stains on various carpet types and hard flooring surfaces. They learn the art of deep cleaning and restoration of each surface type and how to work within the manufacturer's warranty.
