Our Story

Corporate Care was founded in Houston in 1984, when professional services firms with high-end furniture and flooring needed surface care that standard janitorial couldn't provide. The surfaces were expensive, the work was specialized, and the people managing those buildings needed a partner they could trust to get it right.

We grew the same way every time: a client or colleague telling someone, "You need to call Corporate Care." From Houston across Texas, then to the West Coast, the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and the East. No venture capital. No private equity. Just reputation. In 2014, Michael Bono bought out the founding partner to become sole owner, with Susan Bono as CEO, their son Mitch as Vice President, and Bobby Ochse as COO.

As we grew, we made a deliberate choice not to lose what made us good in the first place. We invested in our people, not just our footprint. Our Care Team averages 12+ years with the company, and our IICRC-certified technicians are trained by an IICRC instructor on staff. When you work with Corporate Care, you're working with a company that answers to facility managers, not investors.

Today we serve Fortune 1000 clients across the United States and Canada, and we do more than clean. We bridge the gap between what a daily cleaning crew has the time and resources to handle and the specialist care your surfaces need to last, and we give you the reporting to see both the results and the return.
